Policies
Welcome to Elsa’s Place Bed and Breakfast! Your check-in time is as early as 3:00 PM, no later than 9:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on your departure date. We offer luggage drop-off for your convenience.
Upon check-in at our main office, you will be given your key. Please note that there is a $25 replacement fee for lost keys.
Our breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and the menu varies daily, with updates posted on our website. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you won't be joining us for breakfast. If you need a breakfast to-go for early morning activities, please let us know, and we can prepare breakfast sandwiches for you.
Rest assured that we have taken extensive measures to ensure a clean and germ-free environment for your comfort and safety.
Ample free parking is available for your convenience. Our cancellation policy requires a notification at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time will not be eligible for a refund. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare to welcome all of our guests.

Elsa’s Place Bed and Breakfast Firepit Rules
1. Staff-Only Operation – Only Elsa’s Place Bed and Breakfast staff are permitted to light or extinguish the firepit. Guests are not allowed to start, stoke, or add wood to the fire.
2. Use at Your Own Risk – Guests using the firepit do so at their own risk. Elsa’s Place Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for any injuries, burns, clothing damage, or other personal or property damage resulting from firepit use.
3. Supervision Required – Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while near the firepit.
4. No Unapproved Materials – Do not throw trash, food, or any non-approved materials into the fire.
5. Respect Quiet Hours – Firepit use must comply with property quiet hours and local noise ordinances.
6. Emergency Situations – In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately and notify staff.
